Since products from SINGULARLIST are highly customized and tailor-made for individual customers, such products cannot be returned for a full refund.
SINGULARLIST will not change any monogramming and is not liable for incorrectly placed orders. We ask you to double-check your order before finalizing your payment. Once an order has been finalized on our website, we’re unable to amend or cancel your order under any circumstances. We do not offer a cancellation cool-off period.
As to modify or change the data of your order regarding the delivery address, personal data or product customization, contact us via Customer Service: : [email protected] indicating the order number, within a period of no more than three (3) hours after completing the order.
All personalized pieces are final sale unless proved and deemed faulty. Faulty items may be replaced with new product or store credit at the discretion of SINGULARLIST.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you change your mind regarding an uncostumed product, SINGULARLIST agrees to give a store credit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your placed order. Please note we will not personalize an order with any profanity.
Any and all returns on faulty product will be only approved at the discretion of SINGULARLIST. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
SINGULARLIST is not liable for incorrectly or accidentally purchased and/or personalized products. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
– NOT be personalized
– Unused and in its original condition
– In the original packaging
Shipping costs for approved returns shall be covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
90 days general Warranty – from purchase date Our 90 days general warranty includes manufacturing and workmanship faults on all leather and customed products/accesories. This warranty does not cover any damage or distortion caused
by general wear and tear, misuse of product, or neglect to care for the leather or product appropriately.
Please understand that any damage resulting from an accident, improper handling, normal wear and tear, exposure to abrasive surfaces, water, oily substances or any other type of chemicals, is not included in this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, your order must have been processed directly through our official website or through our official Instagram channel.
Along with your claim, proof of purchase and photos of the manufacturing fault must be included. Without proof of default, your claim will not be covered under our warranty. We encourage you to contact our dedicated Client Services Team by emailing [email protected] with details and images of the specific defects. If your warranty claim has been accepted, your item will be replaced and your warranty period stands from the date of original purchase.
